This role involves working independently on projects of moderate to high complexity while driving efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead industrial engineering projects with minimal supervision across production and operationsAnalyze and optimize manufacturing processes, facility layouts, and workforce utilizationDrive continuous improvement and automation initiativesConduct studies related to:Cost and inventory controlProduction efficiencyHuman factors and ergonomicsDevelop and implement plans for facility modifications and process improvementsSupport plant and facilities engineering teams in layout planning and designCoach and review the work of junior team membersCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignmentPerform additional duties as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, ORMaster’s degree with 3+ years of experience, ORPhD with no prior experience, OREquivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environmentPreferred SkillsExperience in manufacturing process optimizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of production systems, facility planning, and automationEffective communication and stakeholder management abilitiesWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
