This is a hands-on leadership role for technologists who combine deep engineering capability with client engagement and commercial ownership, delivering measurable enterprise impact beyond proof-of-concept initiatives.Req.#977183976ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and expertise in AI, which includes Generative AI, ML and Data Science, driving the design, development, and implementation of AI and AI Engineering solutions for clientsConnect across the organization to drive AI adoption in selected vertical, helping to envision new products, solutions, offerings, and other differentiatorsEngage with clients during pre-sales cycle to understand their business challenges and effectively solution how AI and Data solutions can address themSupport sales / pre-sales activities by accessing data opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, solution, develop datasetsShape AI solutions and properly scope/price engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phaseDeliver high-quality AI solutions (use-cases, capabilities, platforms) on time and budgetBe AI Champion for client stakeholders, including executive / C-level, helping them drive an enterprise-wide agenda to maximize AI adoptionStay updated with the latest advancements in ML/AI and emerging technologies, proactively recommending new approaches and methodologies to address challenges in the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operateRequirementsStrong hands-on AI expertise. Track record in designing and implementing AI solutions to production. You understand different model architectures, quality metrics, ADLC, production vs. notebook deliveryExperience on AI operations side, track record of production AI delivery.
