Dailies Operator - New York / New Jersey

It's connected, cloud-enabled, talent-driven, and begins on day one of production.We work alongside productions from set to screen, combining talent, advanced technology, and innovative workflows to support today's premium film and television projects.We are seeking experienced Dailies Operators for upcoming feature and episodic projects who thrive in production environments, understand the importance of creative intent, data fidelity and take pride in delivering flawless work under pressure.Seeking New York/New Jersey locals able to work on-set and on location throughout the region.  Remote operator positions are also available.What You'll Do:Manage on-set and near-set dailies workflows for premium scripted and unscripted productionsIngest, process, sync, color-manage, QC, and deliver camera media to editorial and post teamsWork closely with cinematographers, DITs, editorial teams, and production personnel to ensure smooth media flow throughout productionCreate viewing media, editorial deliverables, metadata reports, and client-facing outputsMaintain rigorous data security, backup, and quality control standardsHelp implement and refine modern workflows that seamlessly connect production and post-productionWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Dailies Operator on premium feature films and episodic series Understanding of camera formats, basic color science, media management, and editorial workflowsStrong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure production environmentsExcellent communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanorAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and post teamsPassion for the craft of filmmaking and the evolving future of post-productionPreferred Qualifications: Experience with Daylight & Corlorfront softwareExperience supporting high-end episodic television and feature film productionsFamiliarity with Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, and contemporary cloud-based workflowsUnderstanding of modern production-to-post infrastructure, including remote collaboration and cloud-connected pipelinesWhy Join Us:This is an opportunity to work with a team that believes post-production should be embedded in the creative process — not simply waiting for footage to arrive after wrap.We're designed for today's production realities: flexible, technology-forward, talent-based, human-centric, and deeply committed to creative excellence.
