Agent Development Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Agent Development Engineer - Agent Platform. Key ResponsibilitiesEnhance and maintain features within agentic frameworks and automate workflows for the Agent Trust and Inspection team Develop and deploy adversarial agents and test environments to secure AI agents and embed security guardrails Collaborate in a team-focused environment, share knowledge, mentor teammates, and evaluate new agentic technologiesRequired Qualifications12+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent educational background 5+ years of experience in Python programming and designing Machine Learning/autonomous systems in production Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as Langchain and Langraph Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience Experience with SaaS products in cloud environments, containerization technologies, and modern distributed systems
