You'll work with product, engineering, data, and customers translating use cases into requirements for solutions. This role is ideal for a leader who is driven to improve the outcomes for participants in SNAP/TANF E&T or Medicaid Community Engagement requirements.  What You’ll DoSupport stakeholder alignment on vision, scope, timelines, and change management.Translate customer goals into clear functional and technical requirements, user storiesManage delivery across a portfolio of  multi-workstream implementations, from discovery and scoping through launch, adoption, and outcome evaluation.Build and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics across multiple concurrent deployments.Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, product, data, QA ) to deliver secure, scalable solutions on time and within scope.Track and report on implementation KPIs (engagement, conversion, operational efficiency) and contribute data and analysis to QBRs and executive dashboards.Use data and predictive signals to identify delivery risk, surface findings proactively, and recommend interventions to the broader team.Contribute structured customer insights to the product roadmap to inform features and improvements that will grow impact and reach.Continuously refine implementation playbooks and templates and training to make our delivery engine more repeatable and efficient.Flex across program management, project coordination, client communication, and hands-on delivery as needed—thriving in a lean, collaborative team where roles aren’t rigid.RequirementsRequired8+ years in leading operations of employment & training workforce programs for SNAP, WIOA, or TANF5+ years in program management or project management2+ years track record in implementing software Strong command of project management tools and methodsExceptional stakeholder communication skills, from technical teams to C‑suitePreferred5+ years of consulting experienceMBA or other graduate degreeHands-on data experience using analytics and reporting tools Experience with CRMs, omnichannel communications software, and AI such as chatbotsWhy This Role Is ExcitingDriving excellence across a portfolio of organizations informing strategy, delivery, and improving outcomes for those seeking jobs or job trainingJoin a remote-first, high-ownership culture that values experimentation, quality service delivery, and continuous improvement.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive senior-level salaryFull health, dental, and vision coverage, plus PTO.Annual home office accessories stipendAnnual professional development budgetTravel 10–15% to collaborate with team members and key customers.
