At Accel Therapies, we're looking for passionate ABA professionals who are ready to take the next step in their clinical journey. This role is designed for individuals currently enrolled in or who have completed a Master's program in ABA or a related field and are pursuing growth toward BCBA-level leadership.As a Program Supervisor, you'll gain hands-on leadership experience while working alongside experienced BCBAs to create meaningful change for children and families. You'll mentor Behavior Therapists, support individualized treatment programs, and continue building the clinical and supervisory skills needed for long-term success in the field.This is more than a stepping-stone role—it's an opportunity to grow into the clinician and leader you're working toward becoming.What You'll DoCollaborate with BCBAs to implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment programsMonitor client progress and support data-driven treatment modificationsConduct assessments and assist with behavior intervention planningSupervise, coach, and mentor a team of 4–6 Behavior TechniciansProvide performance feedback and support staff developmentLead engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with client goalsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reportingPartner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client successWho We're Looking ForCurrently enrolled in or have completed a Master's program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related fieldActive pursuit of BCBA certification2+ years of ABA experience preferredExperience supervising or mentoring staffStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsPassion for clinical growth, mentorship, and client-centered careBilingual Spanish speakers preferredWhy Join Accel Therapies?We believe strong clinical outcomes start with supported teams.
