Starting pay is $24.35 with open progression up to $33.45 depending upon your job certification and job assignment.Job ResponsibilitiesProcess quality film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.Knowledge / Skills / ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residenceMust be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment.Good written and verbal communication skills.Must have a strong desire to learn and progress within a manufacturing environment.Computer skillsMust be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical examsAble to work 12 hour rotating shifts which include 4 days on/4 days off and 4 weeks on day shift/4 weeks on night shift.Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorshipMust be 18 years of age or olderPay TransparencyStarting pay is $24.35 with open progression up to $33.45 depending upon job certification and job assignment. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
