As we continue to expand, we are investing in top talent to support our teams across corporate and field operations.Position Summary:Main Street Auto is seeking a motivated attorney (1–3 years of experience) to join our in-house legal team, with a primary focus on litigation and dispute management. This role will partner closely with our Associate General Counsel, who leads contract and transactional matters, by taking ownership of the company’s litigation portfolio and helping manage outside counsel relationships. This is an opportunity for a junior attorney with a litigation background to transition in-house and gain broad exposure to legal strategy, risk management, and business operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support all aspects of the company’s litigation and dispute matters, including:Responding to complaints, subpoenas, and demand lettersAssisting with case strategy, filings, and discovery processesCoordinating with and overseeing outside counselEvaluate legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholdersConduct legal research and draft memoranda on litigation-related issuesSupport internal investigations and pre-litigation dispute resolution effortsPartner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) on issues that may lead to litigation exposureAssist in developing and improving internal processes to mitigate legal riskQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Georgia (required)1–3 years of litigation experience (law firm or relevant in-house experience)Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and case managementAbility to manage multiple matters and work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, business-focused mindsetExposure to employment, commercial, or general liability litigationInterest in transitioning to an in-house legal environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience levelComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)Opportunities for career growth in a growing organizationCollaborative work environmentPaid holidays and vacation timeOn-site fitness center and On-site golf simulator
