This role collaborates with analysts, engineers, data scientists, and clinical leaders to develop reliable data products that improve patient care and operational efficiency.The position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, quality, and availability for both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities• Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable data models accessible to analysts and business stakeholders• Build expertise in healthcare operations and monitor regulatory changes that may affect analytics and data requirements• Apply data quality measures to datasets from internal and external sources• Build scalable ELT pipelines and automated business intelligence dashboards• Implement data quality checks to identify issues and maintain the accuracy of analytical products• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, scientists, and clinical leaders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions• Support continuous improvements to data pipelines, models, and analytical productsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data and analytics roles• Experience working with relational databases and strong understanding of database structures and principles• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Spark, and SQL• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and the full software development lifecycle• Familiarity with normalized, dimensional, star schema, and snowflake data models• Minimum of 2 years of experience using version control systems• At least 1 year of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience with Microsoft Excel• Preferred experience with Databricks• Preferred familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI• Preferred 2+ years of experience working with managed care or healthcare dataPay Range and Compensation Package• Annual salary range of $105,000 to $200,000, depending on level, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factorsEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
