This role will own thatoutcome.About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, business-minded Analytics Manager to serve as the analytics leader. This person will own our analytics function end-to-end, setting the standard for howwe measure performance, define success, and make decisions.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role at afast-growing startup. You’ll be the go-to expert for data across the organization, reporting to theHead of Growth and partnering closely with product, marketing, operations, and externalagencies to drive clarity and insights through analyticsWhat You’ll OwnCompany-wide analytics strategy and measurement frameworkReporting and performance dashboards across functionsLeading technical integrations across tools and platforms - integrating data into ouranalytics environment, building scalable data pipelines, and setting up the infrastructureneeded to support company growthAttribution analysis and measurement frameworks, developing multi-touch attributionmodels, running incrementally and lift tests, and evaluating channel contributionA/B test design, statistical analysis, and experiment readouts. Translating data into clear,actionable recommendationsImproving data quality, tracking, and analytics infrastructureForecasting, scenario modeling, and business planning supportActing as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional leadersWho You Are2-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, or another analytical roleStrong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to answer business questionsAdvanced SQL and Excel; adept at using AI tools and data platforms to accelerate analysisExperience leveraging BI and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Triple Whale) to drive insights and inform decision-making, ideally within a DTC/ecommerce environmentCurious and experimental with new tools - excited to leverage emerging AI and analytics technologies to work faster and uncover better insightsStrong business acumen - you focus on insights and decisions, not just numbersResourceful and scrappy; able to figure things out and get things done even without perfect systems or infrastructureOperates with a high degree of ownership and accountabilityStrong communicator and collaboratorExcited to build and own the analytics function at a growing startup
