The ideal candidate for this position will be a high-energy, multi-tasker, customer-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, handle administrative tasks, provide product/services information, resolve customer issues, and be comfortable making outbound calls to accounts.The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers, confident at troubleshooting, and able to investigate thoroughly if they don't have enough information to resolve customer issues.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with 30-minute lunch break.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage large amounts of incoming callsPrint orders, organize back orders, file paperwork, mail invoicesMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasWork closely with the Production Scheduler to determine new ship dates for customersEnter customer orders accurately & efficientlyBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionGenerate leads: Make outbound calls to new & existing accountsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesUpdating Data from ERP SystemPerforms other related or additional duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Comfortable making outbound calls to customersExcellent communicationAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Proficient in Excel & creating spreadsheet.Ability to learn our products and components.Understand lead times in order to create new ship dates.High energy & Multitasker a mustEnjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Education and Experience:* High school diploma or equivalent* Customer service experience requiredPhysical Requirements:* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.BenefitsAt Ideal Tridon Group and Campbell Fittings, we focus on benefits that cover your health, well-being, family, and future.
