A company is looking for a 1099 - Licensed Clinical Therapist in Delaware. Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant records using the electronic health record system Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuity of care for clients Required Qualifications and Education Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology) Active state license in Delaware; additional state licenses are a plus Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with young adults or at-risk populations Strong clinical documentation skills
