Technical Services Representative
A company is looking for a Technical Services Representative to provide technical support and assistance in the security industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support for inbound requests and create work orders as needed
Resolve support and research requests within 24 hours and monitor submissions through Microsoft Dynamics
Assist in maintaining department resources and document support activities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year of Help Desk experience preferred
Experience with low-voltage security and surveillance hardware preferred
Basic networking and hardware knowledge preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft programs and familiarity with Microsoft and Unix/Linux operating systems is a plus
