Global Program Manager

A company is looking for a Staff Global Program Manager to lead a team of program managers in delivering marketing assets for Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of program managers while establishing best practices for program delivery Provide program leadership for complex global marketing initiatives and ensure efficient execution across channels Collaborate with stakeholders to translate campaign strategies into coordinated execution plans and improve program management processes Required Qualifications 10+ years of program or project management experience within marketing, creative operations, or go-to-market organizations Experience leading or mentoring program/project managers and building high-performing teams Strong understanding of marketing campaign development and multi-channel execution Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency Experience working in global organizations preferred; Life Sciences or Healthcare experience is a plus
