Job Title: Patient Service Representative Duration: 7+ Months (Temp to hire) Location: Spokane, WA, 99204 Facility: Providence Pulmonary South Clinic Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm (40hr/week) Responsibilities: Answering phones Directing Calls Scheduling patient appointments EPIC Entering patient demographic information Taking co-pays Insurance auths Education/Experience: Procedure scheduling experience Medical Admin experience Prior Auth experience (getting authorizations for imaging, sleep studies, outgoing referrals, etc) EPIC ideal Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: Up to $24.00 per hour Healthcare setting: Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Spokane, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
