A leading industrial manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team in the Chilton, WI area.Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing H&S programs, policies and procedures, as well as leading compliance, incident investigation and delivering training.The Role:Oversee and maintain written programs to ensure they are up to date and follow corporate models.Ensure compliance with all EH&S related laws and regulations.Maintain injury records and post safety-related information as required.Complete all safety related testing as required.Inspect property, equipment, and work practices for compliance with regulatory and insurance carrier standards.Instruct all employees on internal H&S policies and procedures.Ensure required safety training has been identified and completed for new and existing employees.Ensure all job functions and processes have appropriate risk assessments.Complete internal and external incident notifications in accordance with company policy.Ensure all hazardous areas and conditions are identified and communicated to employees. xywuqvpOversee incident investigation process to identify root causes.The Candidate:3 – 5 years of hands on EHS experience and strong knowledge of health and safety complianceMust exhibit strong leadership and management skillsMust possess strong organization and record keeping skillsMust be able to effectively communicate with all levels of company personnelAbility to present material to groups
