Radar Systems Engineering Associate Manager
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Lead radar systems engineering teams within the Maritime & Missile Defense Radar (MMDR) department. Oversee radar algorithm design & control, modeling & simulation, and system integration, test, and verification. Manage engineering processes, technical personnel, and design tools. Drive technical and organizational strategy, ensuring engineering discipline. Foster career development, provide feedback, and ensure engagement of team members.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent. Experience in system integration & test, system analysis, trade studies, requirements development, or design. Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including task planning and budget management. Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and challenges. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
