Define technical solutions, coding standards, and best practices across development teams. Design and implement scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives leveraging AWS services. Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical design discussions, and issue resolution. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments. Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis activities. Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations. Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and automated testing coverage. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve delivery efficiency.
