Join our team and explore career opportunities that are tailor-made for you!The Concession Brand Manager at HUGO BOSS reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for leading all aspects of the business of our retail shop-in-shop locations. You will be responsible for meeting concession regional plans and implementing sales driving strategies with a strong emphasis on building and developing relationships with our concession partners.What you can expect:Empower, motivate and support employees within your regionDevelop strategic plans to drive incremental sales by identifying merchandise and inventory opportunities and fostering cross functional partnerships within the HUGO BOSS concession networkCreate clear, consistent, timely and effective methods of communication with all levels of business and retail partnersAchieve goals through effective time management while leading and developing Shop associates and managersManage approximately 18 total Macys shops in the West region; locations are primarily in northern California, with two in Oregon and two in WashingtonRecruit, hire, train, and retain shop associates and managers that can deliver results through effectively and independently managing all aspects of the businessResolve all human resource issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessaryIdentify and maximize sales and opportunities for the market, working closely with the Regional ManagerDrive profitability in all locations through effective and efficient management and communication with your teamManage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control to minimize lossAdhere and ensure the execution of inventory management and loss prevention policies and guidelinesSupervise regular cycle counts, inventory management as required and communicates discrepanciesEffectively manage time and resources delegating when necessary and planning for the short and long termManage Financial, Operational, Commercial and People development aspects of your region to drive 'Success' across all concession shops and teamsAbility to travel up to 90% of the timeEnsure consistent Customer Service and Visual Merchandising standards in all stores within your market to maximize salesMeasure levels of success and identify growth areas within the market; improving market performanceImplement and drive local marketing initiatives to benefit each shop within the marketDeliver consistency across the board by ensuring that all company policies and procedures are met in all concessions shops across the regionFacilitate positive and effective development across your teams, thinking about the bigger picture and how this can positively influence the Region and BusinessIdentify and deliver on every opportunity to exceed sales and profit within your marketTo support the Regional Manager in growing the business by bringing new ideas and evidence of success to support further Brand focusesMulti Door experienceAn entrepreneur with the ability to drive results; adaptable, problem solver, and strategic thinker well connected with the ability to engageYour profile:3+ years of management and leadership experienceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent leadership and decision-making skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skillsProficient in Excel, Word, and Power PointIndependent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurialStrong business acumen and interpersonal skillsYour benefits:Salary + BonusHealth and Wellness BenefitsEarned Vacation and Sick timeCompany Paid HolidaysGenerous Employee DiscountThe expected base salary range for this position is from $85k -$90k. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
