The ideal candidate will provide technical and operational support to employees in the San Mateo office while working with our HQ IT team to maintain high standards across the company. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer-centric approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment solving both technical and operational challenges.The IT team is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and helping our company grow. Our goal is to make work easier and more efficient for everyone by fixing problems, improving processes, and supporting the business with all its IT needs.What You’ll DoThe ideal candidate should have both technical and operational experience, supporting a regional and diverse team in an IT support role.
