Outside Sales Account Manager - Fluid Power Service & Repair

If you enjoy being out in the field, solving customer problems, and driving revenue through value-added solutions, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with an industry leader.Essential FunctionsDevelop and execute a territory sales plan in partnership with your managerIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunitiesManage and grow existing customer relationshipsConduct full-cycle prospecting, including lead qualification, cold calling, and sales presentationsMake regular in-person visits to customer sites to understand needs and recommend solutionsCollaborate closely with experienced customer service and technical support teamsUse CRM and sales tools to effectively plan your time, territory, and pipelineExperience, Education And SkillsHighschool Diploma or equivalent2-year technical degree or better is preferred, preference given to fluid power programs or similar discipline such as industrial technology, mechanical or relatedFluid Power Certification is preferred, but not required2+ years of industrial sales experience (hydraulic service or repair sales strongly preferred)Experience with hydraulic equipment rebuilding and repair (mobile or industrial) is a plusProven ability to build relationships and consistently meet or exceed sales goalsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsComputer proficiency and ability to learn and use CRM toolsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory (overnight travel may be required)This role will routinely make on-site customer visits in industrial settings requiring the ability meet with customers at their locations and drive moderate to long distancesAt times may be required to lift items weighing as much as 50lbsWhy SunSource?
