Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, TaxLocation: New York, NYSalary: $115K - $125K + BonusStable Law Practice looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team!Key Responsibilities:Preparation of partner distribution schedule on monthly basis and as required for upload to payroll service provider (ADP) Responsible for partner deductions including deductions for retirement contributionsPreparation of senior counsel payments on monthly basis Preparation of retirement payment schedule on monthly basisMaintain partner paid-in capital schedule on monthly basis and prepare return of capital on quarterly basisMaintain partner address schedule for preparation of partner K-1’sReconcile intercompany general ledger accountsProvide foreign office with intercompany vendor invoicesPreparation of various state property tax returns on annual basis Preparation of various state sales and use tax returns on quarterly basisPreparation of fixed asset tax depreciation schedules using FAS depreciation softwarePreparation of various partner deductions for tax return and K-1’sProvide partner distribution schedules for auditors (interim and year end audit)Assist Director of Taxation with projects as neededQualifications:BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or Business required3-5 years of experience requiredPublic Accounting experience is desirableAnalytical and Organizational Skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize schedule for due datesAdvanced proficiency with Excel/Word/PDFElite (3E) Accounting Software knowledge desirableBusiness Intelligence (Iridium) knowledge desirableFAS depreciation software program knowledge desirable
