Brief DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY This position contributes to Samuel Engineering, Inc.’s (SE’s) business development, marketing, and project development strategies by ensuring “no one lets the ball drop,” assisting the team members in presenting an excellent brand to our clients and target markets.Essential Job FunctionsPlease note: The job descriptions may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, etc. of the job; duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to –Marketing Professional IV Learn and begin using tools like Canva and website platforms.Assist with updating photo folders in the marketing drive.Naming photos correctly:Ensuring all photos are organized and accessible.Support SE Studio team:Upload prompts to teleprompter.Screen prior to recordings.Help prepare and distribute marketing materials (brochures, SOQs, project sheets). Act as SE’s Brand Ambassador in the office and at events. Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to SE’s Core Values. Learn SE’s services, history, and past projects.Marketing Professional IIIUpdate websites (Samuel Engineering, EPC, Shop): Fix links, update pages and pluginsPerform consistent SEO updatesPost news blogs more frequently Reach out to departments for blog ideasUpdate website graphics regularlyAssist with video editing and studio scheduling. Take project close-out photos for Acumatica upload. Serve as designated event photographer. Provide website analytics updates. Respond to marketing@samuelengineering.com emails. Provide marketing swag for clients when needed.Marketing Professional II Lead email campaign efforts. Monthly follow-up with engineering departments for marketing needs. Create and manage online advertising campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. Organize Canva folders:Presentations, proposals, templates, social media postsCollaborate with Outreach Coordinator on event planning. Contribute to proposal development:Pull templatesFormat and build proposals to 40–60% completionMarketing Professional ILead and oversee website strategy and performance. Drive content strategy for blogs, SEO, and graphic updates. Manage SE Studio operations and ensure quality of video content. Provide strategic insights from website analytics. Ensure company-wide brand consistency and alignment. Act as a lead contributor to proposal development and marketing campaigns. Represent SE’s brand externally with professionalism and enthusiasm. Foster a “winning culture” through positive messaging and team engagement. Uphold and promote SE’s Mission, Core Values, and Keys to Success.RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PER JOB LEVEL Marketing Professional IV – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing EducationMarketing Professional III – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; two (2) years experienceMarketing Professional II – Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; four (4) years experienceMarketing Professional I - Bachelor’s Degree/Continuing Education; six (6) years experienceSummaryCompensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors including each candidate’s relevant experience, industry background, education, and demonstrated skills.
