Recruiting for 2 labor and employment law attorney jobs focused on wage and hour class actions and PAGA class actions as well as some single plaintiff side lawsuits. Specializes in class actions, wage and hour class actions, as well as general employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and Whistleblower termination.Options for fully remote and hybrid remote. 1-5 years of experience with preference given to those with employment law or class action experience or great law school, either of them works. 130,000-175,000 salary range plus massive bonus potential on top, and great benefits package. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a comprehensive understanding of employment law, with the ability to handle complex cases from inception through resolution. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims, within a collaborative and professional environment.DutiesManage all phases of employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.Develop case strategies through thorough investigation, analysis of evidence, and legal analysis.Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.Draft legal documents with precision, including briefs, memoranda, and settlement agreements.Collaborate with clients to gather pertinent information and provide updates on case progress.Negotiate settlements effectively while maintaining the firm’s best interests.Stay current on developments in employment law, labor regulations, and relevant statutes affecting clients.Maintain meticulous case files and ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with court rules.ExperienceJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Ideally proven experience in employment litigation BUT willing to accept candidates without employment law experience tooStrong writing skills with experience in legal drafting and administrative procedures.Send recruiter LinkedIn connection request at: https://www.linkedin.com/in/danielvahab/
