Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Gainesville, FL for a Dental Assistant. The Dental Assistant will provide chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures, ensure the sterilization of instruments, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities also include taking and developing X-rays, providing oral care instructions to patients, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The role requires a proactive, organized, and team-oriented professional. Qualifications Experience in Dental Assisting and familiarity with dental proceduresKnowledge of Dental Care, Oral Care, and best practices in dentistryProficiency in instrument Sterilization and maintaining a hygienic environmentStrong communication and patient care skillsAbility to work well in a team-oriented settingValid Dental Assistant certification or equivalent training is preferredExperience with dental software or patient management systems is a plus
