Digitech leverages its proprietary technology to offer fully outsourced services that maximize collections, protect compliance, and deliver results for clients.Summary:The Cash Posting Downloading Specialist is responsible for accessing client bank and credit card portals to download daily paper check lockbox deposit files, credit card batch files, and ACH reports. This role supports the daily operations of the Cash Posting team by ensuring all required files are downloaded accurately and on time so downstream posting activities can begin without delay. The work performed in this position is essential to the team's day‐to‐day operations.This is a Part-Time position, Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Log into client bank portals to download daily paper check lockbox deposit filesDownload and organize daily credit card batch files and ACH reportsEnsure all required files are downloaded accurately and made available to the cash posting team each dayFollow established procedures for file naming, storage, and distributionIdentify and report missing, incomplete, or delayed files to the appropriate team membersMaintain confidentiality and comply with security policies when handling financial and client dataSupport early‐morning operational workflows by working an earlier schedule as requiredCommunicate proactively with team members to ensure smooth daily operationsPerform additional related duties as assignedSkills/Experience Required:Education:High school diploma or equivalent requiredBasic computer proficiency requiredExperience navigating bank and credit card portals preferredExperience working with PDF applications and Microsoft Excel preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow established procedures and meet daily deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, dependable, and consistent attendanceAbility to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to talk, hear, and see clearly to read and interpret informationRegular use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipmentMay be required to travel for business purposesAbility to secure confidential informationPerform all duties in a professional environment free of noise or anything that would create a negative customer experienceWork environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
