The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Key tasks include performing routine preventive maintenance, inspecting and diagnosing system issues, conducting necessary repairs, and ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely. The role may also involve occasional plumbing-related work and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.QualificationsStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues effectivelyKnowledge and experience with preventive maintenance procedures for heating, cooling, and ventilation systemsWorking knowledge of plumbing and basic functions related to HVAC systemsProficiency in understanding and operating systems involving electricityEPA certification or equivalent qualificationExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamValid driver’s license and a clean driving recordPrevious experience in the HVAC industry is preferredCommercial HVAC is a PLUSCSD1 Testing is a PLUS
