We specialize in cabinet refacing, redooring, custom cabinetry, kitchen updates, and remodeling projects throughout the Eastside and surrounding communities.We are looking for a skilled, organized, and client-focused Field Supervisor / Lead Installer to help lead projects in the field while continuing to perform hands-on installation work.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving, communicates professionally, and can help keep projects running smoothly from measure through completion.Position SummaryThe Field Supervisor / Lead Installer is responsible for both performing and overseeing kitchen remodeling installations, with a primary focus on cabinet refacing, redooring, trim carpentry, and finish work.This role combines skilled field installation with project coordination responsibilities including:Job site leadershipField quality controlJob measurementsMaterial orderingCoordination with the Project CoordinatorSchedule communicationMentoring installers when neededThe ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, dependable, solutions-focused, and comfortable interacting directly with homeowners.ResponsibilitiesInstallation & CraftsmanshipPerform cabinet refacing, redooring, trim installation, and finish carpentry workInstall accessories, moldings, hardware, panels, and related componentsMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesEnsure projects meet company quality standardsTroubleshoot field issues and identify solutions proactivelyProject OversightOversee day-to-day progress on assigned projectsCoordinate workflow with installers and subcontractorsConduct final quality checks before project completionCommunicate job progress and updates to managementMeasuring & OrderingPerform accurate field measurements for cabinetry, refacing materials, and related productsAssist with material ordering and verificationReview plans and scopes carefully to minimize errors and delaysScheduling & CoordinationWork closely with the Project Coordinator on scheduling and project sequencingHelp ensure projects stay on schedule and clients remain informedCoordinate deliveries and readiness of materialsClient ExperienceMaintain professional communication with homeownersRepresent the company with professionalism and respect in clients’ homesHelp create a positive remodeling experience from start to finishQualificationsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of cabinet refacing experience preferred but not requiredExperience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or kitchen installationStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to read plans and take accurate measurementsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and lead projectsClean driving recordAbility to lift and carry materials as neededIdeal Candidate TraitsOrganized and dependableProfessional and respectful in clients’ homesTeam-oriented mindsetCalm under pressureTakes ownership and accountabilityPride in producing high-quality workWork EnvironmentThis is a hands-on field position working in occupied residential homes throughout the Eastside and surrounding areas.
