The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, managing resources, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality project delivery in line with company standards.QualificationsProven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practicesStrong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectivelyStrong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and problem-solvingExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to collaborate with diverse teams and subcontractors on-siteKnowledge of local building codes and regulationsExperience with Government projects preferredBackground in civil construction, utility work & concrete placement skills preferredOSHA 30 Cert
