No experience necessary, training and mentorship are provided.When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy centers in Largo and Seminole, we want them to have an exceptional experience starting at the front desk. That's where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and business side of our center. Don't underestimate the impact you can make on every patient's care experience, even before they leave the waiting room.This is a split position and the candidate must be willing to travel within the lower part of the market.Check out the video below for additional insight into the work of our patient service specialists!ResponsibilitiesGreet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check outSchedule patient appointments in person and via phoneRegular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies, and translation companies, and market operational leaders and business development teamCollect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verificationsQualificationsMinimum:High School Diploma or GED1 Year Front Desk Experience1 Year of Medical Office ExperiencePreferred:Insurance Verification Experience
