What You’ll DoLead and support daily transportation operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service, and accountabilityCoach and develop drivers while maintaining a culture of operational excellencePartner with leadership to communicate performance trends, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvementMonitor key performance metrics to enhance service levels and operational efficiencyBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolutionCoordinate logistics activities to ensure seamless executionEnsure vehicles and equipment remain in safe, reliable working condition by coordinating maintenance and repair activitiesPromote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standardsDrive a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent and dependable service executionWhat We’re Looking ForCDL is required5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational environmentDemonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop team members while creating a culture of accountabilityExperience training new employees and reinforcing performance expectations with existing teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions in a dynamic environmentUnderstanding of safety principles and risk prevention within transportation operationsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
