We place high value on training and professional development, encouraging you to broaden and strengthen your unique skill sets so you can fully realize your potential.Job DescriptionPerformance Contracting is seeking a Project Assistant for its Cincinnati-581 operations based in Cincinnati, OH.ResponsibilitiesInputting project information into Excel and BluebeamCreating and managing punch listsAssisting with the preparation RFI's and submittalsAssisting with managing labor control on the projectAssisting in the preparation of quantity take-offs for material orderingMaintaining accurate and timely project documentation and correspondenceTracking and cost-valuing material handlingThis position is safety-sensitive.Basic RequirementsCurrently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program in Construction Management, Construction Science, or similar fieldWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)A clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawingsDisplays excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environmentAbility to learn new skills by engaging in technical functions and applying new skills are they're learnedStrong customer service skillsAbility to multitask and receive and follow direction from multiple sourcesPossesses critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsBenefitsAt Performance Contracting our employees are our greatest asset.
