The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPull and verify orders using pick lists or sales ordersCount parts and accurately record quantities, weights, and dimensionsPackage, palletize, label, and stage materials for shipmentInspect materials and report damaged or incorrect productsMaintain accurate product identification and traceabilityFollow standard work, safety procedures, and quality requirementsOperate or learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaRequirements & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic math and measurement skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read labels, shipping documents, and written instructions in EnglishAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to manage multiple orders and prioritiesStrong safety and quality awarenessWarehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferredWillingness to complete required equipment training and certificationPay Details: $19.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
