Oracle Application DeveloperThe basic requirements of this position include a strong command of the tools with which the Oracle Applications (E- Business Suite) are built. These tasks should include, but not be limited to, interfaces, forms, and reports. The Application Developer's role is to write, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle.Essential Job Functions:Create technical specs from business functional requirementsSolid experience with Oracle EBS R12 Applications, specifically HCM (full suite) and Payroll.Expertise in Testing and DocumentationMust have complex interfacing experience Interface Tables/Import ProgramsOracle EBS R12 environment experience and Oracle Applications Framework experiencePL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher and Java experienceExperience developing and troubleshooting custom extracts and interfaces with third party vendors.Troubleshoot and work with Business on enhancements and resolving issuesRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:SPL/QL ProgrammingXML - AdvancedLinux FundamentalsLinux System AdministrationLinux Application DevelopmentUNIX ShellEBS AME/Workflow a plusAbility to utilize available resources and documentation to learn new skills/technology or solve new problems.Excellent verbal & written communication skillsAbility to effectively interact with business partners and internal team membersMinimum Required Education, Training and Experience:4 6 years of experience in Oracle EBS Applications developmentCollege degree in related technical or equivalent work experienceOracle certifications a plusRequired Skills: Savers is migrating from Oracle to UKG for their HCM system and looking for an Oracle Application Developer to assist with the migration and move data from Oracle to UKG. The go-live is June 2023. The ideal candidate will have Oracle EBS R12 experience, but since HCM is niche, we are open to considering someone who has worked within HCM product. Experience Basic Qualification: SPL/SQL programming, XML, and Linux experience are required. Additional Skills: SPL/SQL programming, XML, and Linux experience are required. 100% remote opportunity supporting a large migration project. The go-live is scheduled June 2023, but contract can be further extended.
