Facilities Manager- BilingualPosition: Facilities ManagerJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable and maintenance/facility manager to perform general maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our equipment, building systems, and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and able to troubleshoot a variety of issues with minimal supervision. This position will require you to commute to various locations in Los Angeles. Shift will be 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilitiesRepair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systemsHandle minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairsRespond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness and safety of facility grounds, including landscaping and trash removalOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyMonitor and restock maintenance supplies and report inventory needsEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsSupport setup and breakdown of furniture, equipment, and event spaces as neededCollaborate with contractors or vendors during facility projects or repairsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required1+ years of experience in general maintenance or facilities preferredBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform manual laborValid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel between sites is required)Must be able to work independently and follow safety protocolsWork Environment:This role requires working both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions. The position may involve exposure to loud noises, cleaning chemicals, and mechanical hazards.
