Good Samaritan Society - 701 East 4th Street - Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under supervision of a registered nurse; Assist with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing; Obtain and record vital signs and communicate changes to charge nurse; Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, walking, and range of motion exercises; Document resident interactions and outcomes; communicate changing conditions to the charge nurse
