As a part of our team, you'll find a collaborative environment that encourages growth, creativity, and innovation.Position: Regional Property ManagerWe are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities, including new developments in lease-up as well as stabilized Class A assets. This role is responsible for driving performance across all phases of the asset lifecycle-from initial lease-up through long-term operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead lease-up initiatives for new developments, driving absorption and achieving stabilization targetsMaintain high occupancy and rent growth across stabilized, Class A communitiesDrive revenue optimization through strategic pricing, expense control, and resident retentionEnsure delivery of premium resident experience aligned with Class A standardsOversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the portfolioEnsure accurate and timely performance reportingPartner with asset management on business plans and long-term asset positioningProvide leadership and development to the on-site team, including hiring, training, and performance feedbackEnsure consistency in leasing execution, customer experience, and policy complianceOversee physical asset conditions, including curb appeal, amenity standards, and unit readinessQualifications5-10+ years of multifamily property management experienceProven success managing both lease-up communities and stabilized Class A assets4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.Knowledge of Yardi and other property management software.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisExperience leading teams across multiple communitiesExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsWillingness to travel regularly within the portfolioWhy Madison Apartment Group?Comprehensive health coverage and benefits.Company matched 401(k) Retirement Plan.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Paid vacation, sick, and holiday time.Employee rental discounts.Paid new parent leave.A supportive and inclusive company culture.Tuition reimbursement programs.If you are a motivated and experienced regional property manager looking to make a positive impact in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply!
