Why You’ll Love Working Here No behavioral concerns – calm, supportive setting Only 1 client- very friendly and great to work with Consistent scheduling – know your shifts in advance Strong administrative support Pay & Benefits Up to $17.25/hour 35–40 hours per week Paid training + training bonuses Monthly & annual performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance through Colonial Life Easy, respectful interview process Schedule Details Primary shifts: 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM several days per week Rotating weekends On Call Responsibilities as the Home Supervisor Opportunities for additional hours starting as early as 8:00 AM Your Role as a Home Supervisor (DSP) Provide daily support with: Meals and nutrition Medication administration Encourage independence and support ISP goals Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home Support community outings and skill development Complete documentation and ensure compliance with care plans Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and coworkers Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass background and compliance checks Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills Why MPA Services?
