Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable drivers to join our dynamic team! One CDL and two non CDL positions available. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, equipment, and packages to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries, smooth route execution, and satisfied clients. Duties Safely operate flatbed/stakebed trucks and other commercial vehicles with automatic transmissions to complete on time deliveries and pickups. Supervise the loading and unloading of cargo using clear and efficient communication in a safe manner. Plan and follow efficient delivery routs while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards. Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and records of all shipments, pickups, and route activities. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues promptly. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving efficiency. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, valid driver’s license, medical card and TWIC card. Experience with heavy trucks preferred. Familiarity with operations, including loading/unloading cargo and securing loads with chains & binders or ratchet straps as needed. Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cargo handling tasks. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, familiarity with e-logs and best practices for commercial driving. Comfortable working with up to a 53' stepdeck (CDL) and various stakebed vehicles while navigating diverse routes under varying conditions.
