Clinical Field SpecialistWe are currently looking for a Clinical Field Specialist to join our Women's Health sales team!The Clinical Field Specialist will drive revenue growth and market expansion through direct engagement with individual MFMs and OB/GYNs. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships, while developing and executing strategic business plans that accelerate revenue growth. The Clinical Field Specialist will support both established and newly launched products, providing clinical expertise, educational support, and hands-on training in technical product applications.Primary responsibilities include:Increasing revenue and driving market development through direct sales to individual MFMs, Ob/Gyns and Genetic Counselors.Sales efforts include effective prospecting, cultivating and maintaining key relationships.Creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.Sales efforts will focus on currently marketed products and new product launches.Will play a critical role in the success of the organization.This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job.Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare disciplineMinimum of three years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, ideally within geneticsStrong background in medical or biological sciences, with experience in clinical diagnostics a plusDeep understanding of the OB/GYN and MFM markets, with proven success selling into these specialtiesDemonstrated success launching new products and driving rapid revenue growth in new marketsProficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.comKnowledge, skills, and abilities include:Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to present effectively to diverse audiencesStrong time management skills with proven ability to assess and prioritize opportunities effectivelyAdaptable, self-motivated, and results-driven, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tacticallyDemonstrates urgency and a strong focus on closing businessAssesses the needs of medical professionals through consultative sales, logistical coordination, and problem-solvingWorks both independently and collaboratively with a strong drive for successThe total on-target earnings (OTE) package includes a competitive base salary along with uncapped quarterly commissions.
