Architectural Technician

Architectural TechnicianWe are seeking an Architectural Technician to support the development and production of construction documents and project deliverables. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical architectural foundation who is comfortable working in collaborative environments and supporting projects from design through documentation.The Architectural Technician will be responsible for creating and maintaining architectural models, drafting construction documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants using BIM software and related design tools.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and production of construction documents for active projectsCreate and maintain architectural models and draft drawings using BIM applicationsCoordinate with external consultants and project teams to ensure design alignment and project accuracyAssist with developing prototype details and drawing files, ensuring updates are incorporated across assigned projectsProduce architectural models and technical drawings that align with company standards and project requirementsCreate presentation drawings and rendered exhibits for agency submissions, land-owner reviews, architectural review committees, public presentations, and internal stakeholdersMaintain compliance with established BIM/CAD standards, procedures, and best practicesRequired QualificationsAssociate degree (2-year) in Architectural Drafting or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in architecture or architectural draftingProficiency with: Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe IllustratorStrong understanding of BIM/CAD standards and proceduresAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
