A successful Dog Bather is resilient, perceptive, patient, adaptable, and a compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a motivated team member who wants to advance their career through our training path to become a Scenthound Trimmer!Tasks: Clean and/ or prep dogs for grooming, according to the order ticketBathe, blow dry, clip/ grind nails, clean ears, brush coat, clean teeth, express glandsIdentify the dog's health indicators and input them into a S.C.E.N.T. Check appWork on a team to complete the services orderedAssist others/ Ask others for assistance when needed to keep Scenter on scheduleEnsure the safety of dogs and team members at all timesAdhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practicesPerform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter ManagerSkills and Abilities: Dog ControlEffective communication with team members and dog parentsTeamwork and collaborationProblem-solvingAttention to detailTime-managementPatienceAbility to self-critique; hold oneself and others to Scenthound standardsCompensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
