We serve leading global retail and e-commerce clients, providing secure, stable, compliant, and cost-effective warehousing and distribution services through advanced warehouse management systems, a cross-border warehouse network, and efficient operational models.The company operates 10 distribution centers across the U.S., with a total area of nearly 2 million square feet.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain U.S. domestic client relationships, focusing on major retailers and e-commerce platforms.Establish long-term strategic partnerships with retailers and promote the company as their designated strategic warehousing partner.Independently create and execute customer development plans, including market research, client visits, business negotiations, and contract signing.Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure efficient and reliable implementation of customer requirements.Regularly report business progress and achieve the company’s sales targets.RequirementsExcellent English communication skills, near-native proficiency, capable of conducting client meetings and business negotiations smoothly.Proven experience in B2B client development, preferably within the warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.Strong goal orientation and execution ability, capable of working independently to drive results.Team player with strong collaboration and cross-department coordination skills.Work LocationOntario, Los Angeles (Hybrid work arrangement + business travel to visit clients)CompensationNegotiable — competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives and commissions.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:related sales: 3 years (Required)
