About the Position: The Engineer I supports customers through technical documentation, issue resolution, and project coordination from product trials to mass production, ensuring smooth product integration and support throughout the production lifecycle. Job Responsibilities: Maintain and update technical support documents and provide technical support and consultation to customers. Document product information and specifications based on customer requirements. Provide customers with appropriate testing tools, analyze issues, and resolve problems encountered during mass production. Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project progress, and any questions arising during product trials, pilot projects, and mass production. Track project progress and assist the Project Manager as needed. An active DoD Secret Clearance A bachelor's degree in the specialized field; or a bachelor's degree in any field, from an accredited college or university, with 2 years of specialized experience.
