Title: Java Developer + Strong in Coding & Core JavaKey DetailsLocation: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite/Week)Experience: 5–8 YearsDuration: 11 MonthsPay Rate: $42.00 to $47.00 $/hr on W2Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and deliver robust, scalable server-side applications using J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.Collaborate daily with global Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT partners in an Agile/DevOps environment.Ensure system architecture aligns with enterprise integration standards and platform strategies.Estimate, prioritize, and participate in sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit and JProfiler for code quality and performance optimization.Technical RequirementsCore Technologies: Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate/ORM, RESTful & SOAP Web Services, Apache Tomcat.Data & Messaging: SQL (Sybase/DB2 preferred), XML, XPath, XSLT, JSON.Frontend & OS: Fundamental knowledge of UI frameworks (Angular, React, JS) and Unix/Linux environments.Methodologies & Tools: Agile, DevOps, TDD, JIRA, profiling tools (JProfiler/JProbe), and exposure to AI tools/models.Qualifications & Industry KnowledgeEducation: Minimum Bachelor’s (BS/BE) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Domain Exposure: Knowledge of Financial Markets, Banking, or Wealth Management.
