As a Cabin Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the Ulrich Proven Process and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional cabin solutions. This hybrid role blends relationship-building, lead qualification, and consultative sales to ensure every customer begins their cabin journey on the right path.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people turn dreams into reality, and are driven to exceed goals, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first touchpoint for inbound leads via phone, text, email, and walk-insEngage and qualify leads by identifying customer motivations, timelines, and budgetsGuide prospective buyers through the Ulrich Proven Process with professionalism and careBuild strong relationships and trust with clients to uncover lifestyle-aligned cabin solutionsTransition customers from inquiry to design consultation and final sale, documenting key notes in CRMPresent Ulrich's value proposition with confidence and align products with customer needsManage and maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot experience preferred)Process payments and contracts, ensuring a smooth and professional customer handoffFollow up with no-shows and stalled leads to nurture ongoing opportunitiesMonitor showroom cleanliness, manage supplies, and uphold Ulrich brand standardsQualifications & Skills2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a consultative selling environmentStrong interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with peopleProven ability to ask great questions, listen actively, and uncover customer needsConfident closer who is persuasive and comfortable discussing investment decisionsTech-savvy with experience using CRMs and Google SuiteDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple customers simultaneouslyPositive, energetic, and eager to learn and grow professionallyCompensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $19.00-$22.00 (based on experience)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with company matchLife Insurance and Disability CoverageOngoing Professional DevelopmentWork Location & ScheduleLocation: Cleburne Sales Office (next to Ulrich Cabin Park)Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (some weekends required based on customer demand)Why Join Ulrich?At Ulrich, we're not just selling cabins, we're helping families find a place to dream, relax, and grow closer.
