Landscape Maintenance Production ManagerPosition SummaryThe Landscape Maintenance Production Manager provides leadership, planning, and communication for the maintenance division. The two primary goals of this role are:Mentoring Team Leaders and overseeing crews/production teamsHelp grow the maintenance division while maintaining high-quality client serviceThis position works closely with Account Managers and Team Leaders and requires routine communication with both commercial and residential clients to support quality control and property requests. Experience with LMN or similar landscape management software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is required. Strong initiative, organization, leadership, and communication skills are essential for team development and operational growth.This role is ideal for a high-energy leader with a positive attitude and a passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional service.Position OverviewThe Landscape Maintenance Production Manager is part of the leadership team and oversees all production functions within the maintenance division.ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the PresidentManage maintenance division routing using LMN or similar landscape management softwareLead up to 12 production teams consisting of 2–4 crew members eachParticipate in daily morning operations to ensure crews depart efficiently and on scheduleManage and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet production goals within budgetTrain and develop Team Leaders in maintenance best practices and operational standardsCommunicate with clients and proactively monitor quality controlAssist with implementing and overseeing training programs, including:Technical pruningPlant identificationTurf maintenanceDiagnosing and communicating plant and turf disease concernsEnforce safety procedures and workplace policiesAddress safety concerns and communicate resolution plans to leadershipIdentify and sell small enhancement opportunities and coordinate larger projects with the enhancement teamPromote efficiency and organization across client properties, facilities, vehicles, warehouse, and equipmentMaintain accurate client property records, measurements, and landscape updatesKey Performance MetricsCommitment to company mission and core valuesPositive attitude and dedication to continuous improvementAbility to develop and improve division performance and leadership teamsClient retention within the maintenance divisionSafety performance, including reduction of accidents, equipment loss, and vehicle damageImprovement and oversight of the maintenance training programKey Financial MetricsEfficiency rating comparing budgeted labor hours to actual hoursDirect labor as a percentage of salesAchievement of enhancement sales goals relative to recurring revenueCompensation & BenefitsThis is a full-time position offering:Competitive base salaryCommission on work soldPerformance-based incentivesPaid vacationMedical stipend401(k) benefits
