Night-Time Tennis Maintenance Team Member (Mon, Wed, Fri & Sunday nights)

Do you enjoy working in a calm, peaceful environment while making a big impact behind the scenes?We're looking for a Night-time Tennis Maintenance Team Member to help us close down the tennis center with care, pride, and attention to detail. While the courts may be quiet, your role is essential in preparing everything for a fresh start the next day.What You'll Be Doing:As our evening hero, you'll:Clean and tidy all courts after a day of playMaintain and clean clay-removal devices used by membersBlow off sidewalks and walkways around the facilityEmpty trash bins and remove debrisCollect and sort used towelsWipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and shared areasRefill water and ice stations for the next dayVacuum and reset the indoor tennis centerGreet any late-night members or guests with a warm, professional attitudeWhen You'll Work:Evening and night shifts (exact hours may vary)Includes weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidaysOpportunity for extra shifts as neededPerfect for students, part-timers, or anyone looking for a quieter shift with solid responsibility.RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Court:A self-starter mindset - you know how to get things done without much supervisionAttention to detail and pride in keeping things spotlessFriendly and dependable - even during the late shiftComfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditionsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for the duration of your shiftMust be at least 16 years oldAbility to pass CPR/AED training (we'll provide it if needed)Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysMaintain a clean, professional appearance and wear your uniform with prideCheck email regularly and follow all acac team member policies·Must notify supervisor in advance if a substitute is neededCompany expectationsRead, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member HandbookPark in team member designated areasClub cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and cleanAttend mandatory Personal Training meetingsAssist with Service Days, as assigned by SupervisorAssist with club programs, special events, or activities, as assigned by SupervisorPromptly respond to work-related correspondenceExhibit a positive attitude at all timesDeliver outstanding service to members and guests, following acac's Five*Star principlesWhy acac?At acac, we're more than just a fitness and tennis center - we're a community.
