This role will work closely with sales, operations, installation teams, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across departments, and has strong project management and administrative skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multiple projects from kickoff through completion Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, timelines.Communicate project updates with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Track project milestones, deliverables, and installation schedules Prepare and maintain project documentation, purchase orders, and change ordersCoordinate shipping logisticsSupport field teams with project-related administrative needs Identify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelinesEnsure projects comply with company quality standards and customer expectations Assist with process improvements and operational efficiencies QualificationsBachelor’s degree Project coordination, operations, construction, logistics, or related experience is preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Experience with CRM or project management software preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsKnowledge of project scheduling and logistics coordination Familiarity with sports facility construction or athletic equipment installation Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset with strong follow-through BenefitsCompetitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within the sports industry Collaborative and team-oriented work environment About the CompanySince 2001, On Deck Sports has manufactured and supplied artificial turf, sports netting, and baseball & softball equipment.
