Senior Project Manager – Commercial Mitigation & Reconstruction (Remote – Southeast U.S.)OverviewA well -established, multi -state restoration services provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects across the Southeast. This individual will operate remotely in the Atlanta market during early -stage market expansion, with future transition into a physical office environment.This role is designed for a high -level operator who can manage large losses, drive project execution, and maintain strong client relationships across projects ranging from $50K to $2M.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee full lifecycle management of commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance Lead estimating efforts using industry -standard platforms and methodologies Coordinate mitigation, reconstruction, and transition phases seamlessly Maintain consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting meet industry and company standards Drive profitability through cost control, scope accuracy, and operational efficiency Support regional growth initiatives and help establish operational presence in new markets Required ExperienceProven experience managing commercial restoration projects in the $50K–$2M range Strong background in both mitigation and reconstruction Demonstrated expertise in estimating (Xactimate or similar platforms) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred ProfileExperience working in multi -state or regional restoration operations Background supporting market expansion or new office launches High level of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline LocationRemote (Atlanta market preferred) Future transition to in -market office environment Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance incentives Full benefits package Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding regional platform
